Triac Composites is returning to METSTRADE Amsterdam this November, where we will showcase our expertise in high-performance carbon fibre foils and advanced composite manufacturing.
Held at RAI Amsterdam from 17–19 November 2026, METSTRADE is the world’s leading B2B exhibition for the leisure marine equipment industry, bringing together boatbuilders, naval architects, designers, equipment manufacturers and technology specialists from around the world.
Triac will exhibit in the specialist Foiling Technology Zone at Stand 10.703.
For Triac, the return follows a highly successful METSTRADE debut in 2025, when we exhibited internationally under the Triac Composites name for the first time.
The response, including new business generated at the show, reinforced the demand for manufacturing partners capable of turning sophisticated composite engineering into accurate, repeatable production components.
Advanced carbon composite manufacturing
Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Triac Composites is an advanced composite manufacturer specialising in complex carbon fibre structures for marine and other demanding applications.
Our manufacturing capabilities include prepreg carbon fibre construction, autoclave curing, resin infusion, large-scale CNC and robotic machining, tooling, assembly and finishing.
Carbon foils are a particularly visible example of what these capabilities make possible.
Triac can take a foil or other complex composite structure from customer-supplied design and engineering data through manufacturing assessment, tooling, carbon lay-up and autoclave cure to precision machining, assembly and finishing.
For designers, boatbuilders and OEMs, that interface between sophisticated engineering and practical, repeatable manufacture is a core Triac capability.
From advanced engineering to production C-foils
A strong example can be found in Triac’s work for Rapido Trimarans.
Working with engineering from internationally renowned multihull designers Morrelli & Melvin, Triac manufactures the advanced carbon composite structures used throughout the Rapido range, including the distinctive curved C-foils fitted to several models.
These are not prototypes or exhibition pieces. They are production components manufactured for ocean-going yachts and built to perform in demanding real-world conditions - including a trip to Antarctica on a Rapido 53XS sailing trimaran earlier this year.

The same manufacturing expertise extends across a wide range of complex composite structures, including foils, masts, beams, rudders, bowsprits, bulkheads and structural components, as well as tooling and complete composite assemblies.
It is this ability to interpret high-level engineering and translate it accurately into finished composite structures that Triac will again be showcasing at METSTRADE.
Returning to the Foiling Technology Zone
METSTRADE’s specialist Foiling Technology Zone brings together companies developing the technology, engineering and manufacturing capability behind the rapidly growing use of foils across the marine industry.
Following the strong response to our first METSTRADE exhibition in 2025, Triac is looking forward to returning in 2026 and meeting designers, engineers, boatbuilders and businesses developing the next generation of high-performance marine structures.
If you have a foil, appendage or other advanced composite component ready to move from engineering into manufacture, come and talk to us in Amsterdam.
Bring your drawings. Let’s discuss your manufacturing options.
