Production

To meet the growing demands of our customers, Triac Composites moved into new Grade A premises in January 2019. As well as road transport, the new factory features river access which allows us to ship by water (no obstructions between the factory and teh sea) if required by the particular project.

​​

The factory spans 3,500 m², nearly twice the size of our previous facility,

nd employs almost 100 highly skilled Vietnamese staff.

​

We combine decades of composite boatbuilding expertise with

advanced manufacturing technologies, including a 7 axis KUKA

milling robot, and an 8.5m autoclave for curing prepreg carbon fiber.

This allows us to produce high-performance components such as

masts, rudders, C-foils, and even UAVs with a 17 m wingspan.
