Triac Composites is an internationally owned and managed company, based in Nha Be District, HCMC, Vietnam and are manufacturers of fibreglass and carbon fibre products, predominantly for the marine industry but also in transport and mining.
Triac Composites uses high tech equipment including a KUKA milling robot, CNC machine and an autoclave.
Triac currently employs 10 staff (Australian and Vietnamese) in the office and another 60 on the factory floor (although on some projects this figure can rise to over 100).
We are now looking to recruit a dedicated and passionate programmer / operator for the robot and CNC machine. Full details are below.
Responsibilities
Create production schedule for job and BOM
Design supporting frame or platform suitable for the work piece
Program milling of work piece
Operate Robot cell to mill parts as required
Keep up to date with maintenance of robot and cell
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Controls, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering or similar
Understand CNC machine operations and setup concepts such as setting offsets, work coordinates, and tool lengths
Determine parts supply, maintenance tasks, safety procedures, and service schedule required to maintain machines and equipment in prescribed condition
CAD knowledge
Preferred Skills
Able to understand and write CNC (G-code) programs
Experience with SolidWorks, Rhinoceros
Experience with Robot simulation packages as well as off-line programing
Robotic mechanical and electrical trouble shooting skills
Good English skills, especially verbal
Benefits and compensation
Salary: VND 10-15 million per month but negotiable depending upon experience and qualifications.
Working time: 7.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Location of work: Unidepot facility, Nha Be District, HCMC

Annual leave: 12 days per year
