CNC-machined (including our 7 axis milling robot on a 23m track) plugs and autoclave-cured prepreg carbon fiber (or standard composite) molds designed for repeatable, high-quality production.

Triac Composites builds the full range of Rapido Trimarans — high-performance sailing trimarans engineered with one priority: minimising weight.


Every component is optimised because, in performance sailing, grams matter.


We’ve also been integrating foils for years to reduce wetted surface area, increase efficiency, and deliver faster, smoother performance (This week, Triac Composites is also exhibiting in the Foiling Technology Zone at METSTRADE in Amsterdam, from 18-20 November).


This deep expertise in ultra-lightweight construction and proven foiling technology directly translates to the next generation of high-efficiency vessels — especially electric foiling craft, where weight savings and hydrodynamic efficiency are essential.
