Triac Composites is an international manufacturer of composite products and parts, particularly for the marine, transport and mining industries.
We are currently seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Production Engineer / Technician who will work closely with two Australian managers.
The successful applicant will be expected to work in our combined office/factory located in Nha Be District, HCMC.

Production Engineer
75 per cent of the successful applicant’s time will be spent on the factory floor, attending workers’ needs and giving instructions.
25 per cent of their time will be in the office working on CAD drawings.
Most training will be provided by an Australian manager, however, to be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate all of the essential requirements detailed below.
Responsibilities
Standardizing work methods and processes for pattern-cutting machine and CNC machine production.
Digitizing and documentation of physical templates to create cutting kits for each production boat.
Support Production Office in efforts to troubleshoot manufacturing processes on a daily basis.
Determine parts supply, maintenance tasks, safety procedures, and service schedule required to maintain machines and equipment in prescribed condition.
Provide technical knowledge for continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing productivity and yields.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, process or similar engineering major preferred.
Understanding of composite materials, molding processes
Minimum of one year's composite product manufacturing experience
High level of English speaking/writing skills and translation ability
Preferred Skills
SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCad, CAD packages
3 axis CNC programming
Experience with MRP/ERP type factory management software
